George Vincent is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dinsmore & Shohl LLP as well as Managing Partner and Chair of the firm’s Finance Committee. He has over 25 years of legal experience, encompassing counsel on general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, federal and state securities law, private placements of securities, and antitrust.
 
Mr. Vincent is a Partner in the Cincinnati Reds and has also held leadership roles with the Cincinnati Bar Association, Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority, the Hamilton County Republican Party, and the Queen City Club. Formerly, he was Member and Chairperson of the Hamilton County Board of Elections, Chairman of the Hamilton County Republican Party and Hamilton County’s Tax Levy Review Committee.  He is member of the University of Michigan’s Political Science Department Board of Advisors.
 
Mr. Vincent received his Bachelor of Arts and Law Degree from University of Michigan.
